Yes that's what you do. after you write it just pm it to brother yanal, but make sure to do it before Nov 1.

I can't speak for other participants. Personally, I need at least 2 more weeks.

Again, if this is not realistic in light of others' wishes, then there's no need to extend anything.
 
i don't really mind if the deadline is extended. However, how will the winners be decided? Will it be members voting for their favorite like last time or will judges decide like in the Arabic contest?
