how do you cope with going to college and being often the only muslim in class, or if youre not you cant really do anything because the professor's in charge and him/her and often almost everyone else has a far left ideology with regards to issues like abortion, homosexuality, transgenders, gender identity, intersex people, feminism, raising children to be boys or girls, the existence of gender, "religions interacting and mixing" (one anthro professor claimed the practice of kissing the kaabah came from some hindu practice regarding idols, and kissing symbolic womens private parts or something?) socialism and communism (although i am a social democrat) gender mixed bathrooms, etc.

Firstly, it's good you recognize the negative aspects of extreme liberal ideology.

I study in a relatively 'neutral' university (neither liberal nor conservative) but when I was in school most of my classmates were irreligious. Generally I avoided talking about religion, and when they were expressing harmful ideas I disagreed giving reasons why, without invoking religion by name. The moment you use 'religion' in any such discussion, the discussion is already over as they will view you as an extremist bigot.

But the best thing is to avoid talking to them. There is enough academic pressure in university so you have to stop worrying about others, start worrying about yourself.
