Hajj is not complete without visiting Masjid un-Nabwi, as commonly taught, but you can go there in umrah aswell. And remember: Laa tashuddur-Rihaal Illa ila thalaathat Masaajid, wa innhum: Masjid al-Haram, masjid al-Aqsa wa Masjidun-Nabwi.
