Well to be honest, eyes and brain do taste quite good. As for the intestines, its OK.

Alot of people in india eat these.

How about intestines?

When I was in india, my uncle made this dish called 'chakna' which was basically chopped intestines [goat] and put alot of spices. So I came home and ate it thinking it was something else. And it tasted good too.

Later on he revealed to me what it was and my jaw figuratively, hit the floor!!
