The sister's section is so dead in that masjid! Alhamdulilaah though it's improving. Lovely islamic books!

in my area i personally think east london mosque is okay, it hold many ppl and suitable for terawih prayers as myself attended there! next wud be regent park mosque, and dats it i guess!

well for me a mosque is for praying. i go to mosques to pray and worship allah (SWT). so for me der is no best mosque apart from the mosques stated in the quran.
 
The best Masjid is not just a masjid for prayer but a masjid that you learn the deen as well :)

oh and if i eva visit my friend or cousin who live down there i go there aswell, the former mayfair buildin is wiked but the one closer to broadway aint as good :)

um- i jus wanted 2 say that if any mosque near ur home is not practicing then it is our muslim duty 2 see that it does.many mosques at fajr prayer are practically empty.its really worryin. its up 2 th muslims of that area 2 see wats goin on in ther mosqu , and 2 help each othr get ther.

if this is th situation then even 1 individual standing up 2 speaks 2 th imam can make a big differenc. he can volunteer 2 do th e.g do th azaan or lead them in prayer and get as many brothers as he can 2 do this. ofcours its easier said then done... it takes guts. but 2 establish th prayer is a farz on evry muslim and it shud b done.

the imam of my local mosque doesnt really allow socialising.... he says come into the mosque think bout Allah and pray, read Dhikr but dont talk!... also most of the muslims in my area... lol lets say they shun a lot!
