Looking for a verse/hadith

It's about injustice or oppression and the various levels of action we can take. If we can do something about it we should. If we can't then we should speak out against it. If we can't even do that than at least be against it in our hearts.

It goes something like that. Any help would be appreciated
 
On the authority of Abu Saeed al-Khudri (may Allah be pleased with him) who said: I heard the Messenger of Allah say, “Whoever of you sees an evil must then change it with his hand. If he is not able to do so, then with his tongue. And if he is not able to do so, then with his heart. And that is the slightest faith.”

Just thought I would add the Source.. Sunan an-Nasa'i 5008 and it is Sahih. It is also in Muslim.
