Hey man, I empathise with you on such a high level! Listen I suffer from waswas aswell, a different kind, but it still references to najasah. I find myself showering all the time or if I try to brush off the thought of waswas I just feel disgusting when realistically i'm probably clean. I can relate when you say that everything you touch has become najasah but listen, it isn't. Allah SWT has commanded us to brush away the thoughts of waswas because they are from the shaytan, he wants you to suffer but remember that Allah does not let any hardship happen to someone if he knows they can't handle it. So, I recommend that you do this: if it has touched your pants, know that it hasn't touched your skin. When you get home, wash your pants and that's it, however if it has touched your skin, grab some wet wipes to clean your hands until you get home. Once your home, I suggest you get a potted plant with dirt/soil in it because you need to wash the area the saliva has touched with dirt ( this only applies if it has touched your skin ok, remember this). In terms of your pants, just rinse them under water first and throw them in the wash ok. I wanna high light the cleanliness of water for you, in the time of the prophet there was a man who urinated inside the kaabah, one man wanted to kill that man because of the disgusting and disrespectful action he had just done but the prophet said just throw water over it! That made me realise how much I can rely on only water to stay clean. If you touch something that you know has dog saliva on it, fair enough, do what I told you, but if you have no proof and it's just a thought that crossed your mind, then dismiss it immediately, that's the shaytan. So let's say you did get dog saliva on your hand, these are the steps I want you and need you to take to get rid of the najasah: 1- Say "Nawatul wudu il taharah" 2- grab a hand full of dirt and rub the area the saliva touched once. 3- Then rub the area with water 6 times. Done. That's all it takes to get rid of the najasah. Remember that only applies if it physically touched your skin. If its clothes, just rinse them and then throw it in the washing ok. You need to counter this waswas friend, i've had mine for over 2 months and I feel my life wasting away, mines at the point that I feel suicidal and just want to be done with this life like asap. In shaa Allah you never feel like that and if you do then I hope you regain your life and faith back. Read Quran, play surat al baraqah on your laptop and listen to it, even if it's just in the background, pray, ask Allah to get rid of whats happening but also work towards getting rid of it. Read surat Al Nas, that surat is specifically about waswas. Everday read these into your palms and blow three times at the end and wipe your palms over yourself so the quran reaches you: surat al fatiha x7 ayat ul kursi x7 surat al ikhlas x7 surat al falak x7 surat al nas x7 that will protect you in shaa Allah. Every time you feel the waswas getting to you say "3athu bilahi min il shaytaan il rajim" 3 times and turn to your left side and spit (not physically) 3 times! The longer you let this consume you the worse it'll get. So try and pray hard for Allah to help you through all this because Allah ALWAYS wants you to turn to him, we should always try to turn to Allah first before any one else. The shaytaan tricks you badly but the more you research into the root of all this the more clear sighted you become and the more rationally you can think. I suggest you strongly stay away from online forums about these things because they can 100% be misleading and cause your waswas to become worse. Do your research from books or listen to a trusted sheik, I recommend Mufti Ismail Menk, mashaa Allah he is an amazing sheik and will put your heart at ease. Read the book "Don't Be Sad" there is also a book called "Facing Calamities" by Amir Muhammad Al-Hilali that high lightes so many significant points for you and me and I strongly believe it will help In shaa Allah. One last thing, always recite dhikr, all the time, buy a masabha (prayer beads) so you keep count of your dhikr. Look up dhikr and it'll tell you what to say and how many times! I really hope this works for you, I'll make dua for you In Shaa Allah. Stay safe friend and may Allah SWT be with you.
