Marriage

Hi all, i am new on here. Just wanted some advice. I met someone and we got talking (for marriage obv) this person i felt was my soul mate! Anyways i found out after 7/8 months her mum wanted to marry her elsewhere and her engagement was done. this woman did not even mention it to me. Now she is going to be someone elses bride. Im really struggling to cope with this. I feel really hurt. I am trying to forgive and forget but its hard.... everytime i think about her it bothers me. She wasted my time! Any good duas for a better proposal as i do wish to marry but only hoping allah gives me better.
 
Forgive them and move on. Rejection do hurt people. Its just a test from allah. As per pyschology it will take atleast 6-8 months to get over with such experiances. Give some time for it. Be patient. Everything happens for a reason. Allah is the one who knows whats best for you. Pray to allah and believe that he will bring something better for you in return for your patience.
 
Im scared that i will have to marry someone i dont love or something abd this thought bothers me alot. I do believe its a test and i trust allah so i am being patient. I hope this woman also realises.
 
You are scared coz you don't trust that allah will listen to your prayer. We need to pray and trust him blindly. And dont worry about love. Love in between couples are created by allah, i think there is verse or hadees mentioning that. It leaves no space for you to worry.
 
The love before marriage is always haram. So bother yourself about love. If you are right in what you are doing,allah will do everything for you,
 
Yh i guess if i trusted him completely i would be scared or worried. I should trust him fully. One last question so was this a test for me or her aswell? I feel like im the only one suffering here...
 
Honeslty i thought id be married like 3 years ago but still waiting... sigh
 
Lol honestly i did think i would be married ages ago ... i never thought inwould be strugglig to find someone....
 
Its fine, just going to be patient. In sha allah i will find a great person someone that is right for me.
 
Oh you have a lot of time, enjoy your single life man. There are alot of things to do. You know what ,i'm living in russia. And i desperately want to get married coz where ever i go there are russian beauties. We are taught to lower our gaze when we see them, but the sad thing is ,even if lower my gaze the thing which i can see their white legs. Hahaha
 
So i hope you are in a more better condition than mine. So dont sigh about your life. Everything has its own time
 
Yh i guess everyone has their own time still think those that marry young are kinda lucky. Its super hard to see your mates married and u still waiting .... and hoping it happens for you
 
If you guys want that bad to get married, then do Salat 'Al haja'. Honestly, I thought only women rush to get married :lol:
 
Whats salat al haja? Please provide details and has it worked for you? Lol
