Assalamu aleikum,

Is all form of medication (including Ritalin and Concerta) okey if they are from my hospital psychiatric doctor? I might get Ritalin and Concerta for AD/HD. This is something I really need to concentrate better and stop negative impulses.

I don't see why they would be haraam to take if your Dr said you need to take them to get better. Maybe if someone began to abuse the drugs it would not be right...

It's OK to use medication that recommended by your doctor. But don't addicted and depend on those drugs. The best medicine to cure your AD/HD is your motivation.
