The world is getting worst every second.
Muhammad (pbuh) said there are three types of people that are most hated by Allah:
* The one who commits sin in Mecca or Medina.
* The one who loves for jahillaih (ignorance) to be in Islam.
* The one who goes out to seek the blood of a person with no right.
May Allah protect us and may we be of the ones He loves.

Asalamualykum,
Best thing to do is to go up to tier 3 and do your tawaaf there.
When it's quite in sha Allah once can make the attempt to go near the Kabbah.
Allah swt knows what is in everyones heart and as much as you would love the opportunity to touch the kabbah and the black stone you also need to preserve your hayaa.
Another thing which we can forget as well is when you go to Mecca we tend to go in groups and naturally you bond with people.
We should also strive to remember not to talk so freely with the opposite gender in sha Allah.
Just stick your head in an islamic book, in zikar, in supplication and so on.
