brothers, he is a muslim. dont insult him like this, ok maybe he has brain problems but that is how god created him. it doesnt matter who that person is as long as he submit to god he is a brother occording to islam teaching. alhamdullah he is a muslim. maybe he would spend his money to help islam liek that mosque he builded i heard.
