For the first 'Jackson kiddie case', I don't think he did it - reason being, the boy's father accepted an out of court settlement. Really, if you say a guy sexually abused your son, would accepting (even a huge amount) of money from him be justice?
In the second kiddie case, I also don't think he did it as the witnesses' credibility was severely undermined, and moreover, the jury found him not guilty. Pretty difficult to fix jury trials...
On the other hand, Mr Jackson has indeed done some strange things in his lifetime involving children.
