More limitations for new posters

In the past, we've limited new posters abilities to post links (and pictures) I think. Could we also limit their ability to post videos?

Nothing against most newbies, just to limit the porn spammers. Thanks.
 
Do members like that appear often? I haven't met any then again, I haven't been on the Forum for too long...

And I thought it was 2010 and people were starting to mature....

Yes, prohibiting new posters from posting videos as well would be a great idea.

Also, ban the porn spammers by subnet, or IP range, and send a message to their ISPs notifying them of these actions. It is 2010 now, the Internet has laws circling around it now.
