More understanding on hair dyes?

Assalammualaikum, i have a question which i’m still unsure abt. for hair dyes, there’s three types. permanent, semi- permanent and temporary. i know that temporary coats the hair so it is not possible to take wudhu. but what abt semi permanent and permanent? i have recently bought a dye brand (la riche) which is a semi permanent dye, they claim that their ingredients are cruelty-free and 100% free from animal-containing ingredients,https://freshgarbage.co.uk/products/larcihe-hair-colours please update me on this, thank you

I thought hair dye just dyes the hair, not coats it? You may find information on the internet
