One of the biggest Muslim events in the South West gets under way on Sunday after being rained off last month.
The 9th Islamic Cultural Fayre in Eastville Park, Bristol, has an "eco" theme this year.
Event organiser Rizwan Ahmed said: "Islam is a religion of peace but is also known as a religion of nature."
The fayre, which is open to all faiths, will feature stalls, music and comedy performances and exhibitions about caring for the environment.
United stand
Farooq Siddique, community development officer of the Bristol Muslim Cultural Society said: "Besides the long list of attractions, the event is also about bringing communities together.
"It's a chance for the Muslims of Bristol to show the true, peaceful and tolerant face of the Islamic faith of a billion people.
"It's an opportunity for the people of Bristol and the South West to stand together, stand united. Now more than ever, that is what is so special about this event and our city and region, that is what must be celebrated."
