Thats good. Man this is like im telling someone how to defuse a bomb. Its so tense. Simple exercise for you is put your hands on your knees and sit staring at clock or time. If you can sit two minutes quietly and observe carefully how many times the thought comes in your mind?

i ruined it on the first day! and befor iftar! i just go and start slap boxing wit my bro (HE MADE ME!) and then i decide to turn on the radio, then i remember lailatul qadr and close it, then i say just this one song and listen to it and the next 10 songs on FM. then i go to outlandish which i havent listened to in like forever...then back to abu ali. which is strange....then back to haram again :-[:exhausted
