I wanted to share a bit about my personal journey with memorizing the Quran as an adult. It wasn’t easy at all. At first, I tried memorizing by myself, but I would get stuck, forget what I had memorized, and honestly, it felt frustrating.
What really helped me was finding a structured program that fits my busy schedule. I joined Sabil AlQuran, and having consistent lessons with a teacher made a huge difference for me. The flexibility to learn from home was so helpful, and the focus on Tajweed helped me improve my recitation too.
I still have a long way to go, but I feel more confident now, and I’m grateful to be on this path.
