Need advice from by brothers and sisters

Salam alaikum brothers and sisters so i have this youtube channel that I've been using for a while and i need a piece of advice from you, i only post videos with Arabic and i wonder if i need to add English videos or English subtitles to my channel and if that will help the channel grow or no, do i need to stick with the Arabic videos only, i cam here to see your opinion before i do any changes. what do you think here is my channel @rehabalquran thank you for your help.
