Need Help Finding Qur'ān Dictionary

I forget where I found this, but.. there is a PDF (or multiple ones) that has every Súrah of the Qur'ān with word-by-word definitions. Kind of like a dictionary following the Qur'ān as one reads.

If anyone knows where I can find that again, can he or she post it, please?

I might have found it while on the Ummah.com forums, but I have been looking now and cannot find it.
