Hey everyone, this is my first ever poem that I've actually managed to complete. So, please read and comment.


NEVER FORGET THAT YOU ARE NEVER ALONE


When you are feelin' all sad and hopeless
Filled with fear and helplessness.
With tears runnin' down your cheeks
You may begin to think "who is gonna save me from the hard crushing bricks?"

Never forget that you are never alone
Cause Allah is always with you, no matter you are in deserted zone.
Trust Him and you'll succee'
With no doubt I gurantee.

If you ever wanna get outta the mess
Then you have to go through all these tests.
You have to walk through your fears to step aside.
You have to wipe your tears to make a choice.

It is now time that you shift your glance up and stand tall
Stay firm so that you don't fall.
Just keep that trust alive
And go fight your way outta the hive.

Trust Him and you'll succee'
With no doubt I gurantee.

If He wills,
Soon your pains would fade away.
Also the freakin' chills
Around you only peace would sway.

Darkness is all around you
Follow my advice, and you'll make it through.
This trust will help you fight any obstacle
Allah might even save you by a miracle.

I know I'm late to this, but this is very inspiring to me right now. I'm not having the best time of it right now, but I don't want to turn away from this path I find myself on. I still feel like Islam is the right way for me.

I have always been alone in this world, so that is nothing new for me. But I feel strangely calm right now. I admit I am a little irritated, but this too shall pass, inshallah.

May Allah continue to guide me down the right path...

LOL ;D It takes a while for me to come up with a complete piece.
Tell you the truth, I only started working on a new one just yesterday. But it was a disaster. O_o
Now I have to work on a whole new one. :hmm:

writing is good for the soul; it’s good for your character – so pls dont leave it
share us your product, doesnt matter how many people will appreciate or not,,,
 
I used to write a lot of poetry when I was younger. It was mainly depressing "life sucks and woe is me" stuff. I threw it all away some years ago.

Then I got into some fiction prose writing. I did that for a while but got more into other things and drifted away from that.

Lately I'm feeling the urge to write again...

I used to write poetry...now I just write articles for blogs :D

You might be waiting a while, sister. I'm thinking prose fiction on this one. I think I've lost my touch for poetry.

This is that project that I've been hinting at. It's kind of on hold for a while as I study more about Islam, but I hope to resume it again at some point.
