brother A.P is right. you cannot make halal something by saying bismillah, it must be slaughtered the prescribed islamic way in order to be certified as Halal.
And in the western society - what do you mean? I can assure you there is Halal meat available in the west - because there is muslims living in the west who slaughter animals islamically and make it available to other muslims to buy.

Im allowed to still drink apple juice right I mean this aint veryfied, cos I get alot of people telling me alot of things are haram if I were to take their words I prolly would have a boring diet
