I love these groups Alhamdulilah but is there any way we could hide the numbers?

Everyone in the group has access to your number. It should be set up so only admins can view.

I don't think wassap is that advanced yet...

Walaikumsalam, we are running a broadcast service, so whoever wishes to subscribe will be added to a broadcast list. We regularly send reminders to subscribers on that list. Subscribers cannot see each others numbers, only admin can see the full list/all the numbers.

We are not managing a WhatsApp group for the reason you have mentioned.
