الحمد لله وحده، والصلاة والسلام على من لا نبي بعده، وعلى آله وصحبه أجمعين، وبعد:

فإن الله عز وجل نهى المسلم عن قتل النفس، ويستوي في ذلك أن يقتل نفسه أو غيره من النفوس التي حرم الله قتلها إلا بالحق؛ فقال سبحانه: {ولا تقتلوا أنفسكم إن الله كان بكم رحيماً}، وثبت عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم أنه قال: "من تردى من جبل فقتل نفسه فهو في نار جهنم يتردَّى فيه خالداً مخلداً فيها أبداً، ومن تحسَّى سماً فقتل نفسه فسمه في يده يتحساه في نار جهنم خالداً مخلداً فيها أبداً، ومن قتل نفسه بحديدة فحديدته في يده يجأ بها في بطنه في نار جهنم خالداً مخلداً فيها أبداً" (متفق عليه)، وفي الحديث الآخر: "من حلف على يمين بملة غير الإسلام كاذباً فهو كما قال، ومن قتل نفسه بشيء عذب به يوم القيامة، وليس على رجل نذر في شيء لا يملكه"، وروى البخاري في صحيحه قول النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم: "الذي يخنق نفسه يخنقها في النار، والذي يطعن نفسه يطعنها في النار، والذي يقتحم يقتحم في النار"، وروى الشيخان من حديث جندب بن عبد الله رضي الله عنه أن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم قال: "كان رجل به جراح فقتل نفسه، فقال الله: بدرني عبدي بنفسه، فحرمت عليه الجنة".

فالانتحار من الآثام العظام والذنوب الكبار التي توعد النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم فاعلها بالعذاب الأليم؛ لأنه دليل على ضعف الإيمان ورقة الدين، والمؤمن حقاً لا يقدم على الانتحار مهما أصابه من بلاء الدنيا ولأواها، بل يصبر ويحتسب مقتدياً في ذلك بالنبيين صلوات الله وسلامه عليهم، مدركاً حقيقة الحياة الدنيا وأنها دار امتحان وابتلاء: {الذي خلق الموت والحياة ليبلوكم أيكم أحسن عملاً}.

ولذلك عد العلماء قتل النفس من كبائر الذنوب، قال ابن حجر الهيتمي رحمه الله في كتابه (الزواجر عن اقتراف الكبائر): "الكبيرة الرابعة عشر بعد الثلاثمائة (قتل الإنسان لنفسه)"، وهاهنا جملة أمور لا بد من الإحاطة بها:

•• أولها: أن وصف الإسلام باق للمنتحر فلا نرميه بالكفر، بل أمره إلى الله؛ ويدل على ذلك ما ثبت في صحيح مسلم من حديث الطفيل بن عمرو الدوسي رضي الله عنه أنه هاجر إلى المدينة معه رجل من قومه، فاجتووا المدينة، فمرض فجزع فأخذ مشاقص له فقطع بها براجمه فشخبت يداه حتى مات، فرآه الطفيل بن عمرو في منامه فرآه وهيئته حسنة، ورآه مغطياً يديه، فقال له: ما صنع بك ربك؟ فقال: "غفر لي بهجرتي إلى نبيه صلى الله عليه وسلم"، فقال: ما لي أراك مغطياً يديك؟ قال: "قيل لي: لن نصلح منك ما أفسدت"، فقصها الطفيل على رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم، فقال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم: "اللهم وليديه فاغفر"، وقد ترجم الإمام مسلم رحمه الله تعالى لهذا الحديث بقوله: "باب الدليل على أن قاتل نفسه لا يكفر"، فما يعتقده كثير من الناس من كفر المنتحر لا دليل عليه بل الدليل على خلافه.

•• ثانيها: أنا لا نجزم بدخول المنتحر النار، بل هو تحت المشيئة إن شاء الله عذبه وإن شاء غفر له؛ لعموم قوله تعالى: {إن الله لا يغفر أن يشرك به ويغفر ما دون ذلك لمن يشاء}، ومن أصول أهل السنة أنهم لا يشهدون على معين من أهل القبلة بأنه من أهل النار إلا من ورد فيه النص عن المعصوم صلى الله عليه وسلم بخصوصه.

•• ثالثها: أنا لا نجزم بخلوده في النار لو دخلها، بل يحمل الحديث كما قال بعض العلماء على من فعل ذلك مستحلاً مع علمه بالتحريم فيكون كافراً، أو أن المراد بالخلود طول المدة والإقامة المتطاولة لا حقيقة الدوام، كما يقال: "خلَّد الله ملك السلطان"؛ وذلك لما تواتر في الأحاديث من أنه: "يخرج من النار من قال: لا إله إلا الله خالصاً من قلبه".

•• رابعها: إذا عُلم هذا فإن المنتحر تُجرَى عليه أحكام موتى المسلمين، فيُغسَّل ويُكفَّن ويصلى عليه ويدفن في مقابر المسلمين، ويورث ماله ويترحم عليه ويدعى له، وبعض العلماء كابن شهاب الزهري كما نقل عنه النووي في شرح صحيح مسلم كره الصلاة على المرجوم وقاتل نفسه، وبعضهم كره أن يصلي عليه أهل الفضل بل عليهم أن يعتزلوا الصلاة عليه ردعاً لغيره أن يقترف مثل هذا الذنب العظيم، والله تعالى أعلم.

If someone was alone and hurt and rotting away with gangrene and suffering unbearable pain would Allah **** them to eternal hellfire if they cut a vein and died in dignity with Gods name upon their lips?

Facepalm because of reading karl's posts.

Karl, sufferings are part of our lives, and when you are in such a situation like you described it is a period when Allah tests your faith in him. When the sahabah(Ra) were oppressed, tortured by the pagans they practiced uttermost patience because they knew that one day islam would be victorious, and that the sufferings they encountered were a test from Allah(SWT). Bilal(Ra) got tortured so severely yet he practiced patience, and refused to submit to the demands of his torturers. He endured so much pain, yet he was hopeful and steadfast.

We today are cowards, we are lazy, its mainly because we are on our weakest point and that the allies of shaytaan have managed to let ourselves be ruled by our own nafs, ego, emotions et cetera.

Very little NK does makes any sense including this threat. They don't yet have a rocket with enough range to hit the US, let alone with a suitable warhead:
