my story will be scattered amongst 3 universes. each character has its own story to tell.

Careful not to spoil too much of your story. The contest is supposed to be annonymous ;)

I'm 90% done with my story - just adding finished touches to it. It'll be interesting trying to figure out who wrote what in the upcoming contest :)
 
^i have no story. i'll be moving soon so i may not get time to write one. however, it just may be that when i'm settled i might feel like writing something. right now my life's too hectic to focus on anything.

I too am out of this contest.....no time, and im not really good at writing fictional stories.

I'll wait for the poetry section, and will be a voter this time insha Allah : )
 
writers can have writers block and they need a break too. actually i wrote a ew story every time i posted one here but lately i haven't written anything worth posting. i wrote some but they are parts of longer works that i use as practice. because they are going to be novels they need a lot of research. i write bits once in a while. another one is a short piece but is also a part of a longer work (actually it's supposed to be a series of short children's fiction). That i can't enter either as it's seeming incomplete. (or may i will enter it and see how it goes.)

Since the restlessness in syria, i haven't been able to write any short stories that i might be able to post here or enter in the contest.

Dont forget me in your duas. the dua for a muslim brother/sister in his/her absense gets accepted, so don't forget to make dua for me and my family. Jazak-Allaho khair.

Me, I am an expert writers, I am lazy to read the thread, can you summarize the rules and regs plus what topics are allowed???

Yayyy I wrote a story not planning on winning or anything but hope ppl learn something Frm it :)

I srsly had no plans.of writing Buh suddenly did :p
