~lol~ Those were cool!! Try this one even though i know it's probably ez:rolleyes:

I am the black child of a white father,
a wingless bird, flying even to the clouds of heaven.
I give birth to tears of mourning in pupils that meet me,
even though there is no cause for grief,
and at once on my birth I am dissolved into air.

btw: i really don't like this riddle but who cares you know!! ;) ~lol~

Re: Riddles For All

Whoever makes it, tells it not.
Whoever takes it, knows it not.
And whoever knows it wants it not.

Brown Clown pleaseeeee give the awnser :-[
opps sorry :-[ i forgot about the riddle :-[

it is,
6,060. There are six men who each have six baskets. This equals 36 baskets. Each basket has six cats which equals 216 cats. Each cat has six kittens which equals 1,296 kittens. Therefore the kittens represent 5,184 legs. The cats represent 864 legs. The men represent 12 legs. The sum total is 6,060 legs.

Re: Riddles For All

ok this may not count as a riddle, its a quz, but lets see if anyone gets the answer:

Quizz - only for intelligent people...(means not me..)

QUESTIONS:

1. A murderer is condemned to death. He has to choose between three rooms. The first is full of raging fires, the second is full of assassins with loaded guns, and the third is full of lions that haven't eaten in 3 years. Which room is safest for him?

2. A woman shoots her husband. Then she holds him under water for over 5 minutes. Finally, she hangs him. But 5 minutes later they both go out together and enjoy a wonderful dinner together. How can this be?

3. There are two plastic jugs filled with water. How could you put all of this water into a barrel, without using the jugs or any dividers, and still tell which water came from which jug?

4. What is black when you buy it, red when you use it, and gray when you throw it away?

5. Can you name three consecutive days without using the words Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, or Sunday?

6. This is an unusual paragraph. I'm curious how quickly you can find out what is so unusual about it. It looks so plain you would think thing was wrong with it. In fact, something wrong with it! It is unusual though. Study it,and think about it, but you still may find anything odd. But if you work at it a bit, you might find out.

2) She shoots him with a camera
3)this one had me confused...i'll pass for now

6) There is a grammatical error in the paragraph so I cannot give you a right answer.

Re: Riddles For All

ANSWERS:

1. The third. Lions that haven't eaten in three years are dead.

2. The woman was a photographer. She shot a picture of her husband, developed it, and hung it up to dry.

3. Freeze them first. Take them out of the jugs and put the ice in the barrel. You will be able to tell which water came from which jug.

4. The answer is Charcoal.

5. Sure you can Yesterday, Today, and Tomorrow!

6. The letter "e", which is the most common letter in the English language, does appear once in the long paragraph...

You Clearly Lack Logic, or don't you?

Lets see how much ‘logic’ the members of this forum have….This is simple…I post a riddle and you guys must state the answer, who ever gets it right says the next riddle so on.

I’m starting with logic riddles merely because there are easier…let the logic begin.

Cathy has six pairs of black gloves and six pairs of brown gloves in her drawer. In complete darkness, how many gloves must she take from the drawer in order to be sure to get a pair that match? Think carefully!!

(I’ll give a gift to who ever gets it right….the gift has not been decided it….ah the wonders of knowing they’ll fail miserably is satisfying already)
