After me its only a sign of pollution, may be neglecting mother: drinking , smoking or drugs taken during pregnancy. We had many new born babies with all kind of illness in 1987 after the cernobal nuclear disaster:embarrass

And with the 2nd generation of Chernobyl victims coming up, you're likely to see a lot more.

This is just like one of those cases where a baby is born with a abnormality, thats all.
