Alhamdulillaah this is lesson one from the book : one minute madrasah.
This is a book complied by the late Pakistani scholar Molana Muhammad Akhtar (RA) and translated by madrasah Arabia Islamia. The book is concise so that it will not take up much time but it has some important messages.
May Allah help us put the knowledge into practice. Ameen
ONE MINUTE MADRASAH
LESSON 1
1) TRANSLATION OF NAMAAZ[1]
الله أكبر (Allahu Akbar)
"Allah is the greatest." In fact greatness only
belongs to Allah.
2) ONE SUNNAT
One of the Sunnats governing Qiyaam (the standing positionin Namaaz) is to stand facing the Qibla upright.The head should not be bent.[2]
3) ONE MAJOR SIN
Among the major sins with regard to which punishment has been mentioned is:
To laugh at someone belittling him.
4) THE HARMS OF SINS
Of the harms of sins that will occur in the world is that due to
the evil of sin one is deprived of the knowledge of Deen.
5) THE BENEFITS OF OBEDIENCE AND WORSHIP
One of the blessings of virtuous and pious deeds which is granted in this very world is that one will be granted Barkat (prosperity) in one's sustenance i.e. sometimes apparent increase also takes place and Barkat is always granted.

[1] Namaaz means salaah
[2] The head should not be bent means that the head should not be bent so much so the chin is touching the chest, however should have a slight bend so as to put the gaze on that spot which the head will have to be placed for sajdah.
