The forum is great Masha'Allah.

I was just thinking we can make it better by adding a certain area for members where they can post their own topics sort of like a blog but i refrain from using the word blog because of the many negative associations with it.

Think of this little space on LI as your own space, you can start whatever topic you want (as long as its halal ofcourse )without disturbing others and if whoever wants they can view and reply to it.

Just something to think about insha'Allah.

lol we've discussed that earlier in the forum bro.. most people had a negative response to it though because even though it may seem halaal at first - people start giving too much of their info. away and it can lead to fitnah (temptations) etc. so the best way to avoid that is not to begin it in the first place..

jazak Allaah khayr for the really good idea though. we'll have to see what the other admins/mods say insha Allaah.
