Palestine, Rohingya. "Permanent five" of UN can no longer veto in Security Council

https://eurasiantimes.com/veto-powers-un-security-council/

114 nations and 2 observer states of the UN Gernal assembly voted to limit or end the veto power by the 5 permanent nations of the UN security council (US, Russia, China, UK, France), thus paving the way for a security council resolution on an invasion of burma, and an end to settlements in the west bank, as well as an end to other israeli apartheid policies sister herb anatolian *charisma* Hamza Asadullah

How can a real United nations have five more important members than the others at the beginning? Its not a union of nations but a power source for these five members.
