The amazing thing is that you don't have to subscribe to any religion to understand the universal guidelines...
It really pains me having been a rambunctious teenager myself how many just get lost in this world of drugs/booze and all sorts of experimentation... it is one thing to go through a definat phase and another thing to make that your modus vivendi... I marvel at some of my childhood friends who seem suspended at 15.. but what further pains me, is seeing a 25 year old on the autopsy table.. I think some folks just fancy that they are invincible? go on abusing their body every which way...

I don't wish to sound preachy.. but I don't know how else to be when I see microtome blades

chiseling at some kid's skull, and then pliers grabbing whatever is left of his dura after his brains are evacuated... It is emotionally scarring and I mean that no matter what livlihood puts bread on your table.. I hope he mends his ways, whether a popular role model or not... this is just not a positive way to live..

Aye, i work with drug users and see enough lives mucked up by em.
Docherty has been trying to kick em for years, I hope he does and hopefully he is sincere in his quest for religion.
No doubt religion can be a +sitive force when taken sensitively.
