In Tug Of War Between "Hard Skills" & "Soft Skills"

Soft Skills-A Perspective :

Soft Skills can alone bring the success because such intrinsic personality of employees will bring success as people love them & so the learning opportunities open....the Hiring Teams should consider the Non-Experienced,without big degrees!

World is changing. New & latest Techniques,Researches keep on coming so a person's education does get irrelevant plus degree is one thing & practical experience is the another thing as experts opine.

Not underestimating hard skills but it can be overlooked if soft skilled person is in competition with other candidiates of skills necessay for the uphill of company as the inflation & toxic environment etting best of people,such persons can be of REAL benefit without a doubt!

Latest fad is keeping employees good in soft skills for mental health in West esp ...unfortunately not much happening in Pakistan but in wider picture,everyone is on same page telling the same story of Non-Importance of Hard Skills -they train the fresh.

I believe same as good mannered & charactered people receive success in all honesty from HEAVENS above because :


"Allah loves the good doers & has kept highest Paradise for the ones who are good mannered"

Surah Hud :Ayah 43"

Allah Most High tells us:

قَا لَ سَاٰ وِيْۤ اِلٰى جَبَلٍ يَّعْصِمُنِيْ مِنَ الْمَآءِ ۗ قَا لَ لَا عَا صِمَ الْيَوْمَ مِنْ اَمْرِ اللّٰهِ اِلَّا مَنْ رَّحِمَ ۚ وَحَا لَ بَيْنَهُمَا الْمَوْجُ فَكَا نَ مِنَ الْمُغْرَقِيْنَ


"[But] he(Prophet Noah's son)said,

"I will take refuge on a mountain to protect me from the water." [Noah] said, "There is no protector today from the decree of Allah, except for whom He gives mercy."

And the waves came between them, and he was among the drowned."

-This is an Ayah upon which we should pay heed as being fearful of Almighty in our "capacity" & not beyond that ofcourse as we been commanded in Islamic texts.

We better confirm the Oneness of Allah Most High & Most Merciful- give His due rights alongwith rights of fellow humans.This drowning happened to Prophet Noah's son so where we are & who are us?!

-When punishment reaches,all the means that we think all our lives are going to be with us as we delve more deep into world & sins- nothing or no power can save us & it's time we improve our relationship with Allah Tabarak Wa Ta'ala & be of good conduct with His creation.

All those Psychiatrists with their "Mafia" "ignorance" "coldheartedness " & "over confidence" misdiagnosing individuals with schizophrenia & bipolar needs someone powerful's slap - So easy to declare patients as #schizophrenia.

Ruining people's health by putting them ùnder heavy medication that drugs them all day long...*creating hallucinations" because of what pills they prescribe.

Earlier it was always appreciation that schizophrenia patients are very intelligent & now rhetoric "People of high IQ" not schizos because they are able to distinguish between what's real & what's not!

Many patients have been diagnosed as jinn possessions & have been treated successfully with cupping (Hijama) & daily set of few mins or basically 20-25 in worship of Allah (ibadah)

May everyone get rid of such heartless & futile *Psychiatrists Visits" designed to make you more mental...lose glow on face...& overall quality of life with the future horrifying risks of cardiac & other serious illnesses!!

P.S: If anyone wants to know Authentic Places for Hijama & upon Pure Monotheism (Tawheed) exorcist. Let me know. ( For Karachi Pakistan

It's incumbent to stay on the path prescribed by our Prophet SallAllahu alayhe wasallam which is path of moderation in everything whether it's Ibadah or jihad or seeking knowledge or keeping respect for Deen (some people goto extremes in keeping Adab for Islamic stuff at homes that they themselves get overwhelmed after sometime) or abstaining from worldly attractions or extremism in enemity or we may say they are extreme in hygiene matters thus they develop OCD's,extreme in forbidding evil that they don't see how to do it with wisdom& having too much fear of shirk that leads to waswas or extremism in Tawheed issues which gives rise to Takfiri mentality or with overburdened religiosity that leads to unable to concile between living& working for world&hereafter


You will see these are in itself some brilliant deeds but extremism destroys it.

The Prophet SallAllahu alayhe wasallam is reported to have said:

“Good form, good composure, and moderation are among the twenty-five parts of prophecy.”

Sunan Abī Dāwūd

Thus,moderation is successful in everything,as it's path of beloved Prophet(May peace be upon him)
