Poem for Apa

all you poeters out here
dont know if this is the right to place to post this but il give it a shot :blind:

right i'm in search for a poem for my apa
she's been teaching me alima for 2 years nd it was because of her i started it. Shes helped me alot and together with my class mate we want to get a frame made for her as we are leaving cry ..now we need a poem for the frame. Not a proper poem but about 5/6 paragaphs of 3/4/5 lines saying thankyou for all the work and effort shes put in for us but something that sounds nyc too.
If anybody has anything like that please i need one URGENT..ASAP

yh i did...but i just used nrml thankyou teacher poems/veres and then put them togteher by changing bits
