You make it sound like baby food. :exhausted

Well, it's probably Haraam. But someone in my family bought it, and we all ate one, and then one of us happened to read the box and found out it has gelatin in it. :X

well

better than eating a trifle and then realising the box says sherry tifle which ur dad mis read for cherry! ...and then u start to feel a bit drunk. lol.

if it says all natural...maybe its plant gelatin, but Allah knows best, you could try emailing the company?

The gelatin used in Popsicle® pop acts as a gelling agent. The gelatin is sourced from beef and will be clearly listed inside the ingredient statement if it is in our products.

omg where did u read that?

you ate gelatin :enough!:

ITS HARAMMMMMMMMMM....YOU WILL GO TO HELL FOR THIS..........:raging::enough!:

:D

imsad It was an ACCIDENT.

I once heard KitKat was Haraam. Ended up being a false rumor, and I had to sacrifice KitKat from my life for like, 3 years. I better be compensated for that in the hereafter.

As long as I have my Hershey's cookies'n'cream I'm fine. :X

omg

i used to LOVE mars bar.....and had to also sacrifice based on a false rumour ...i used to stare at it from the shop window and think...WHYYYY? why do we have to be separated?, and then Allah put us back together again! :D:D

btw kit kat is made by nestle...which is a jewish company. :X...please not let mars bar be the same!!

for some reason i thought a popsicle was this

we call a popsicle an ice pop

if gelatin is made from beef then why is it haram?

I was actually curious about that as well. Where can I confirm?

@ Mars Bars: We don't have that in the US, except in the Desi stores. Cadbury rules, anyway.

I hate unclear answers. Anyone know?

Here's something I found, to chew on. If someone can then tell me if he means it's halaal or not:

^ok now i get,so its haram because of non zabiha beef,n why would they use zabiha beef in us?
so its better not to eat it...

There are two kinds of gelatin in Islam. Halal gelatine and haram gelatin.

And the problem is, we don't know which gelatin that used in this product.
Ulama in my place say, product like this is categorized as 'Syubhat' (Questionable / make doubt), because we don't know this is halal or haram.

'Syubhat' food probably haram. So, don't eat it.

^ We share the pain.

It's probably not. So that's basically a no in my book. imsad
