I tried the 2nd dish..I think its lebanese. I dont know why but I didnt like it at all.
the second dish (the 1st and the third as well) could be the best dish or the worst dish ever !! depends on the availability of the material eg,spices .....
for example the vine dish should be the season of the grapes to be fresh leaves,otherwise you have to buy the packed conservated ones ...which taste less fresh.....
the spices very important factor too.... truly the dishes i mentioned are a challenge to be made perfectly ....
they are common in Turkey,syria,lebanon,jordan,Egypt ..............
I can guarantee you that no pork was used in the making of those rashers, Abdullahii!!how can those rashers be halal....you can't fool us madame!
