same here me in all healthy food not JUNK at all!! it makes me sick walahi it does when i see something like cake && that fatty stuff me walk away even when me go shopping cause me feel sick

I read an intresting article in New Scientist recently about health foods. It says that there is no simple diet that you can follow to be healthy, as supposed to what nutritionists say.

i thought tgif is haram :uuh: they serves alcohol...and even put whiskey on their food...especially their steaks... :rolleyes:

deep fry...burung puyuh...which i don't really know the name of the bird in english...but it look quit like the kiwi bird...but the difference is they can fly

It has two layers. The top white layer is made from coconut milk and rice flour. It has no sugar and taste milky. The bottom layer is green in colour. Usually the green colour is derived from the juice of pandan leaves. The green part is sweet, made of rice flour and has a bouncy texture which comes from alkaline water

Pulut is glutinious rice and inti means fillings. The blue rice has its colour from a type of flower calls bunga telang. (The rice is steamed with coconut milk).
