Fish Pastilla: Fish, mihoen and vegetables in filo dough, it's delicious.

Chicken pastilla; chicken, almonds etc.

Why are the plates always covered after the food is cooked:? Its only to keep them warm or has another meaning

^^^well...it is a sunnah... our prophet sallalahualayhiwassallam has advised us to cover our food after we cook. This is for hygenic purposes...

by the way....wow the morrocon food look so delicous...

i should try to find a morrocon restaurant here in m'sia...
