^^^i thought tandoori chicken supposed to be roasted...
hehehe...i guess i only know how to eat it...but not cook it....

tandoori chicken can be fully done in the oven but its easier to cook the meat then put in oven

we make our tandoori chicken in a pot or sometimes we bake it.
and yep my mum makes that chicken sooooooo spicy! she just puts soo much red pepper!
