prayer on period by accident

i kno that prayer on period is not valid and women shudnt's do it until her period finished and she washes up ghusl style so she is clean physicly and spiritully but what is ther any negative 2 prayer on period wat if she forgets she is on her period thru absent mindedness like does wudu and prays forgettin she's bleedin and not in state of ghusl i know its not valid but will it b held against her?
