Asc brothers and sisters I need help , is it okay if I have a video alongside my prayer to help me sometimes I get lost in my prayer without it and the video helps me stay focused also I don’t look off my phone and away from prayer I just listen and recite everything myself ,I’m not a revert I’m a born Muslim , pls anyone answer I’ve been praying like this and I don’t know if it’s wrong.

This is something not encouraged. You may do so while practicing or learning how to pray, but try to build your focus by reciting shorter Surah and eventually start praying on your own without any external help.
