Praying Salah without wadhu

Assalam O Alikum

Today in Asr Prayer with Jamat, I remember in the very first rakah that I did'nt perform the wadhu, even then I completed the prayer with Imam without wadhu and then later I made the prayer again with wadhu.
Please let me know whether it was ok or any kufara on it.

We should Repeat the salah in this case. Without wudhu salah isn't valid

he had repeated prayer, so ... he just have to repent and seek forgiveness
