I'll bump it, with the desire that folks amongst other things should learn the art of a debate..

Yes: look at the debate we were having - no insults, no getting emotional, just exploring the issues. That sort of discussion is much less common nowadays, I would say.

To the contrary I could sense emotion and even intenese exasperation at times.. It was just carried out Salah Al-Deen style.. or maybe the 'scarlet pimpernel' style.. if you are more familiar with him?
