Project Jannah: Helping the orphans of Syria

The situation in Syria is not hidden from anyone and does not need any elucidation. Our brothers at One Solid Ummah have volunteered to help the orphans of Syria and successfully completed a number of projects within 6 months including (but not limited to) :
  • A bakery which bakes 1 ton of bread and feeds almost 700 families daily.
  • Distributed 501 blankets to refugee camps.
  • Distributed 320 jackets to refugee camps.
  • Sponsored more than 60 orphans in the last two months (250+ in the last year).
  • Distributed baby milk + food parcels across villages.
  • Continuous help to needy families by providing clothes, food, and other essentials.

Abu Kabshah 'Amr bin Sa'd :ra: (May Allah be pleased with him) reported:
Messenger of Allah :saws: said, "I swear by Allah for three (qualities) which I am going to tell you about. Remember them well:

(1) The wealth of a man will not diminish by Sadaqah (charity).

(2) Allah augments the honour of a man who endures an oppression patiently.

(3) He who opens a gate of begging, Allah opens a gate of poverty (or he said a word similar to it)." ... [At- Tirmidhi]

Feed A Fasting Person In Syria​




Ramadan is just around the corner and OSU has begun its preparation to make Ramadan a very special month for the Syrian people this year inshaAllah. OSU will be sponsoring an entire refugee camp inside Syria and will provide hot iftar meals to over 500 refugees living in poor conditions everyday inshaAllah!! A dream project for everyone eager to get ajer this Ramadan.

Brother Abdullateef and his team will launch the projects from the ground very soon inshaAllah & video/photos will be posted the entire month inshaAllah.

Lets begin fundraising and donating so that we can all be part of Ramadan in Syria.

- Developing Qur'an & Dawah program for Orphans during Ramadan

- Advancing our orphan school
