Question about prayers

I need to know the ruling for folks who suffer from genetic problems which cause them to have blood in their urine and there are many for instance PNH, or any hemolytic anemia etc. do they constantly have to make ghusl or can they just make wudoo like normal does the blood itself invalidate their wudoo? also people who incur injury and bleed whether in car accidents or trauma due to catheters etc.
I'd like the ruling from a scholar who is also preferably a doctor please.
