Why is it that a sister needs to gain 300 posts to enter the respective forum for sisters, but brothers only need to get 100 posts to enter the brothers forum?

This is a bit unfair isn't it?

women blabber more so 300 posts is nothing to them, by the time a brother reaches 10 posts a sister has reached 100 posts

so its absolutely fair !
