Can your prayers be complete without darood? If yes then come up with full evidence and if not then how come the blessings are just sent upon Muhammad[saww] and his progeny and not upon his companions and wives? When the prayers can be complete without sending blessings to the wives and the companions, why does Ahl'ul Sunnah add the names of these groups to Darood in their religious gatherings?

^^ first can you tell me what does " wa ala Aleh muhammad" mean?

2nd what does " wa ala Alehi" "wa as-haabehi ajma'aeen" in dua mean?

3rd is there difference between Salat (the ritual kind in Masjid or at home) and dua (in any other gatherings)?

Darood as in the salaatul ibraahimiyyah?

first can you tell me what does " wa ala Aleh muhammad" mean?

"..and on the family of Muhammad."

2nd what does " wa ala Alehi" "wa as-haabehi ajma'aeen" in dua mean?

and on his family and campanions collectvely.

3rd is there difference between Salat and dua?

As-Salaat linguistically means : Ad-Duaah.

so in some circumstances salaah can mean duaah and in others it means the salaah that is more known to us all ; Prayer.

Hope that helped InshaAllah.
