Question regarding Mahram

Assalamu'alaikum brothers & sisters,

I and my wife, would like to adopt a newborn baby girl who's abandoned by her parents.
However, my wife is no longer 'producing' breast milk anymore and the only one in my family which is possible of doing so is my niece.
And I have concern regarding mahram. If the case is as described in the following image, will the baby girl considered as my mahram?

Perhaps it will be better to consult a scholar about this.

For some reasons, I've found it difficult to find a knowledgeable scholar in my region.
But I will keep trying and do my best.

Hi! Did you find the solution or did you consult with scholar?

She wont be considered your mahram becasue
A) you are not her biological father
B) your wife didnt breast feed her.
