Questions regarding Vinegar or Wine Vinegar

Salam brothers and sisters,
I have a question regarding to Vinegars. Is the one like red wine or rice wine vinegar halal or haram? what about the balsamic vinegar or certain other vinegar that may contain a small amount of alcohol say about 1-3% (I think so) are they permissible to add in our daily food?
