Quick request about sig

The pic in my signature keeps changing size and position by itself, can you guys keep it in the middle in its original size

My signature has drastically shrunk in size as well, even though the original image is the same size it always was. Also if you use images from this website http://quran.com/2, they used to turn out the original size but now come out small and poor quality how Br aadil77's signature was.

Some people's signature images are still the same size though.

Have any changes been made to image settings?

And is there anything I can do to correct this?

thats the site i used, you need to crop the empty part of the pic, upload to imageshack then add to your signature

Sorry I should have split my question into two parts.

Firstly I don't want to change my signature. I want it how it always was. But it has shrunk drastically, even though the actual image is the same size.

That is why I'm wandering whether some image settings got changed amongst the other changes that were made. It was fine just after the upgrade, but as the other changes were made to restore the forum back to how it used to be, it shrunk.

Secondly, people used Qur'anic ayaat images from that site in posts prior to the changes but after the upgrade, and they appeared fine in their original size. Now when you use them, they shrink and turn out poor quality, like this:

Anyhow I tried croppng and then saving as .gif and uploading, but it still doesn't work: http://www.islamicboard.com/islamic-quiz/773-link-quranic-verses-27.html#post1322564 .

Any help would be appreciated, both with signature and ayaat.
