But I will try to find out insha ALlah. I can understand some of it, some shuyukh I know but some more, the name letters just can give me some reading speculations .
And yes Umm Sulaim, maybe theres no syaikh Yahya and another shuyukh from Yemen in that lists. Please let me know when you got it insha Allah Jazakillah khair. But dont you remember the number of Umm Abdillah or Aisyah bintu Asy Syaikh? :?
Maybe sis Maw or sis Nawal. Insha Allah. (Everytime I wanna say Nawal,I have to think harder, wether its bawal, or wanal or wawal, what its mean anyway? :rollseyes )

So what is the Sunnah when doing Rihn? (For those who dont know, Rihn means to pawn something, like when you leave something with someone else as security against money borrowed)

Ar-Rahn Comes from the Ayaah : Bi'ma3naa Al-ihtibaas, kamaa fee qawluhuu ta3aalaa Kullu nafsin bimaa kasabat Raheenah..
wa ma3naahu : Ath-Thubuut Walluzuum.. yuqaal maal raahin , ay: thaabit. ni3mah raahinah ay: thaabitah

I only have one hadeeth on this mawduu3 and that is hadeeth aysha radiyallaahu 3anhaa anna An-Nabiy sallaahu 3alayhi wasallam Ishtaraa min Yahuudee Ta3aaman Wa rahanhu dir3an min hadeed... mutaffaqun 3alayhi..

Narrated Aisha radiyallaahu 3anhaa that the Prophet sallaahu 3alayhi wasallam bought some food from a Jew and he held in pledge (pawned) a piece of metal..steel

Note: Hadhal hadeeth yudull 3alaa ibaahat al-ishtiraa min al-Yahuud...

Note: This hadeeth shows us that buying/selling/doing bussiness with/ from The Yahuud is Permissible..

I also did that sometimes . When I came to ta'lim of ust. Yazid (he is student of syaikh Uthaymeen and we study Riyadhus saliheen and Fathul MAjeed), and he always asked the students to prepare the book and he always say "SILENT, HEAR AND WRITE" ;D And after he said the fawaaid on each hadiths I will pretended writing and look down, yaa Allah I felt silly :rollseyes . Well what I could do, I just picking out from my office so I can go to talim :uuh: .

Shiekh Muhammed ibnu abdul wahhaab al-wasaabee is the shiekh in a markaz in hudaiadah (another part of yemen)

The Shiekh I gave you was Shiekh Ahmed Al-Wusaabee.. He's the Imaam of the Masjid one of shiekh Muqbil ibnu Hadee's first ever students..

What I meant was like for example when someone comes to you to borrow money etc. and then he says " Here, take my gold watch, and then when I pay you back, I will take back the watch, but for now keep it "

- Clear and distinct about what things to sell, you must look the shape of the things. May not sell gharar things. Indo said "beli kucing dalam karung"
- Both sides should ridho about the prizes, cause in hadith a good muamalat will bring a lot of barokah.
You know, mmm....tell you the truth, maybe we should change the subject dont you think? :rollseyes Everyone seems lazy to answer, and I have sit in m ustadh's majlis to listen him explain about kitabul buyu' in Bukhari and it was so long :rollseyes Sometimes I thought "when this kitab will be over" ;D . Cause it was complicated, but its great masha Allah.
So maybe e should start the next subject, insha Allah.
Next question is "what is the sunnah when someone forgot to do qiyam lail and salah sunnah fajr, and daleel"
