Breaking Ablution
SAHIH BUKHARI
Volume 1, Book 4, Number 213:
Narrated 'Amr bin 'Amir:

Anas said, "The Prophet used to perform ablution for every prayer." I asked Anas, "What you used to do?' Anas replied, "We used to pray with the same ablution until we break it with Hadath."

Hadath is passing urine/stool or wind.

SAHIH BUKHARI

Volume 1, Book 4, Number 228:
Narrated 'Aisha:

Fatima bint Abi Hubaish came to the Prophet and said, "O Allah's Apostle I get persistent bleeding from the uterus and do not become clean. Shall I give up my prayers?" Allah's Apostle replied, "No, because it is from a blood vessel and not the menses. So when your real menses begins give up your prayers and when it has finished wash off the blood (take a bath) and offer your prayers." Hisham (the sub narrator) narrated that his father had also said, (the Prophet told her): "Perform ablution for every prayer till the time of the next period comes."

So bleeding from the blood vessels is ok long as it isnt excessive but its not from the menses.

SAHIH BUKHARI
Volume 1, Book 5, Number 291:
Narrated Zaid bin Khalid AjJuhani:

I asked 'Uthman bin 'Affan about a man who engaged in the sexual intercourse with his wife but did not discharge. 'Uthman replied, "He should perform ablution like that for the prayer after washing his private parts." 'Uthman added, "I heard that from Allah's Apostle." I asked 'Ali bin Abi Talib, Az-Zubair bin Al-'Awwam, Talha bin 'Ubaidullah and Ubai bin Ka'b and a gave the same reply. (Abu Aiylub said that he had heard that from Allah's Apostle ) (This order was cancelled later on so one has to take a bath. See, Hadith No. 180).

And I ever read a book by syaikh Yahya Al Hajury hafidhahullah about salah in safar, and I think he choose opinion that we can do qasr and jama' as long as we still in safar, and now muqim or not decide to stay forever in one place. But Im not sure, I havent finish reading it actually :D . And the distance of a travel that can be called travel, he choose opinion that its depend on a tradition of one area. And in here, Indonesia, if we go and packingsomethings, and bring food, then it called safar, so thats the culture of Indo people. I dont know, maybe in Yemen if you bring camel, and some dates, and put somekinda umbrella on the top of the camel maybe it will considered safar :D I dont know. And syaikh Yahya didnt choose the opinion about that 4 days. But its the opinion of sheikh Al Fawzan and syaikh Bin Baz. Allahu A'lam.:brother:
And yes, INdo had tsunamy, masha Allah, all we can do is just looking for hikmah around these disasters. Cause althought its sad but its a punishment from Allah maybe, Allahu A'lam. When Yogyakarta hit by the earthquake, no wonder I think cause this area support the syirk and syirk things supported by the government there Allahul mustaan. And when pangandaran beach hit by thunamy, no wonder too cause in those beaches it have so many ma'siah. So many dirty girls, and they do someinda show that make Allah angry, Allahu A'lam. Ups have to got o work. And pleeeeeeeeeeeease continue this thread, may ALlah give rewards to all of you all, amin. Ooh I have to go back to Jakarta tomorrow, I hate aeroplane :cry: somebody knock my head so I cant feel it:hiding: :hiding: . Just tawakal I think. But still its make me mmmmm "tegang". ok, hadeeth Jaabir in bukhaari and muslim that Jaabir radhiyaAllahu anhu said the prophet when asked would never say no (wasn't a miser).

hadeeth ibn mas'uud radhiyaAllahu anhu that the rpophet alayhi salaatu wassalaam sid " theres no jealousy except for two: a man that Allah has given wealth and spends it in whats right....alhadeeth, muttafagun alayhi (agreeed upon)

and 3an abee hurayra radhiyaAllahu anhu in hadeethun gudsee, Allah ta3aala says " o the sons of Adam give so that you may be given" muttafagun alayh.

Hadeeth abee hurayra too that the prophet alayhi salaatu wassalaam said "charity doesn't decrease the wealth...muslim.
I guess for this we could use the ahadeeth that show the evils of stinginess and miserlyness too...

InshaAllah next one sunnah on how to treat the orphans?

im sry but i read before that rasullulah saws said the two qualities of generosity are quality and quantity (it was said much more eloquently then that). Dont accept this hadith till i can find the actual one inshaAllah.

no.. i read two many books , it could have been hayatus sahaba (UNLIKELY), it could have been miskat ul-masabih (likely), it could have been sahih bukhari/muslim (not sure), it could have been any...
